this is dr. love. as the last ruomaian, he is capable of manipulating emotional energy. he knows your feelings, he can change them, and he can even turn them into super-duper energy blasts. doc is the mortal enemy of the gorn, who wiped out his own race, and in turn doc destroyed a great deal of theirs. he has travelled across the galaxy, helping those who need it and stopping threats wherever they arise. as a scientific genius and an exceptional emotional counselor, he operates as a special advisor to starfleet, currently aboard the enterprise.
okay, so doc needs everything. as a charismatic alien dude, he'll probably have a hell of a lot of friends. the gorn are his main enemies, though pretty much any evil-doer is any enemy to him. with his powers, he'll have a lot of lovers, due to his race's natural promiscuity and attractiveness. it'd be hard for him to settle down, ya know.

considering the fact that he has a thing for redheads, he probably won't stop until he at least gets her out of her shell and gets her to release those pent up emotions. after all, pent up emotions turn a person into a romulan!
