FULL NAME: First and Last name, please. Be sure to choose a name that goes along with your character's race. If you character is an Earthling, you wouldn't have to worry about this. But for alien characters, names reflect their race.
RACE: This is a very important aspect of your character, as it effects your character's history, appearance, birthplace, and name.
AGE: Choose an age that is relative to the race of your character. Some races live longer than others. Also, choose an age that is relative to the job you have. A 16 year old wouldn't even be on the Enterprise let alone a lieutenant. Try to keep them a little older if on board.
BIRTHPLACE: The planet that your character was born on. If your character is a human, your birthplace would most likely be Earth. Be sure to elaborate, also. Example: Earth, Iowa
