Recovering the world to its previous prosperity is a difficult task. Especially after a foolish World War. Yet the New Government Triad between the remaining, and newly made, 3 Nations, Equilibrium has decided to take the task of bringing about newer technology and safer means of surviving through the continuing pollution and waves of Radiation poisoning that has left a good portion of the Earth's population in a most drastic state, A vegetative comatose state. Doctors of Equilibrium see no progress in their mental developments in regards to awakening, except a select few. Yet those few have only awoken only after entering and experiencing the CyberWorld. With a few new "abilities."
