Future Planning

I might be the only weirdo with this idea, but I thought I would throw it out.

While I know the world of RP is ever changing and nothing is set in stone, would there be any way to post up ideas of things you want your character to do in the future, and see if anyone can help you do it? Like, I have something I know I want Sarabeth to do in the future, but I also know I'll need help when that happens. Is there a way to do that, or is that too 'definite' to put up.

Am I even making sense?
