LT. Chris SimmonsChris Simmons, Starfleet Academy Graduate, is an engineer, quite smart, and can come off as a little bit of a nerd. But don't let that fool you, this guy packs some serious punch when it comes to hand to hand, and melee combat. And some of his quallities give him some leadership abillities, but not enough to be a Captain. The downside? Not being on an actual starship doesn't give him much of a reason to use those skills. He certainly could use more then a friend or two. He tends not to make them too easily, even being a ladies man. He can never really settle on one girl, preffering to play on an 'open field'. Someone needs to get him out of his 'ladie's man' phase, and show him what a real relationship is.

Sky's friends were always guys when she was growing up and 4 of her 6 older brothers were all 'lady's men' so Chris and Sky would get along fairly well, especially if they became sparring partners. She loves a good fight, and he'd get a chance to use his skills. Hmm. I'm sick of writing first meetings though... They could've been friends at the Academy? Could've had a few courses together? Anyway...just an idea. =]

Sky: Hehe, I like your idea, from what you're saying, I could deffinently see this going interesting places. And I agree, making them friends at the Academy is a good idea.

Jamie's used to getting along with guys better because of growing up with her two brothers. She's real open after she meets someone. Both of them working as Engineers and having combat experience they would probably have met in Starfleet Academy. Just her being a slight nerd with her programming stuff just probably adds to how similar they slightly are. So they would probably already be okay or good friend. Though if it's okay, Jamie's had a crush on Chris for a while now but she's good at hiding it, because she's not to big on showing she likes anyone over a normal friendship.

Ah, I like your idea Jamie, I'm cool with them being friends, and I like the crush idea as well.
